FISHING & SHOOTING

FISH THE TAY

Salmon fishing in Perthshire on the River Tay is world renowned. It is one of the “Classic” rivers, boasts the UK record and is still known for it’s spring fish. The Tay also has many smaller tributaries such as the Ericht, Isla, Gary and Tilt which are also excellent salmon and trout fisheries. The prolific Angus rivers North and South Esk are also within easy reach.

All your needs will be taken care of whether it is rod or boat hire and tuition to local knowledge from the guide and not forgetting the picnic hamper.

Our local guide, Dougie Morrison is a qualified casting instructor and professional fishing guide with many years of experience. In addition to fishing on the Tay and Ericht, Dougie has access to a fine beat on the River Dee.
